Certification Program Open CITS Certification Program
Specification Open CITS Conformance Requirements Version 1.1
    Location in Spec ITSC CF10
Problem Summary ITSC CF10 too weak at Level 2
Problem Text The required skill level for ITSC CF10 (Team leadership) is wrong at level 2

In the Conformance Requirements the required skill level is Applied at level 1
    and at level 2.

In the original development of the program we considered making the
requirement Deep for level 2, but we decided not to because we are
certifying Specialists not project managers or managers.

    In EC04 we require that
Candidates must have acted in a leadership role in at least three (3)
    engagements

So, there is no breakage and we do meet expectations, but CF10 is
misleading for level 2 and should require Deep skill
