Candidate template at EC04 |
Problem Summary |
EC04 candidate template has conflicting verbiage |
Problem Text |
In the box of EC04 in the template it states:
"You must have repeated and successful experience of selecting and
applying an appropriate method recognized by The Open Group (or one
that meets The Open Group?s Recognition Requirements set out in section
6 of the Conformance Requirements) to do architectural work"
yet in the text below it states:
"Three experiences using the same recognized method to do
architectural work fully meets the requirement."
The first paragraph states that you can have a recognized method or
include information during the review that proves that the method used in
the certification process "meets" the requirements. This places a
significant burden on the candidate as well as the review team. In fact,
I'd
say that it is a burden that can not be met.
Either the first part needs to require a recognized method, or the second
part of EC04 needs to state that it is 3 experiences with the method in the
process of being recognized, |
