Problem Summary	EC.L3.01, 02, 03 Documentation requirements is incorrect
Problem Text	EC.L3.01, EC.L3.02 and EC.L3.03 column entitled "How Documented by the Candidate" contains incorrect or incomplete information. EC.L3.04 correctly states "The Application Package must contain a list of experiences in each of which the Candidate has successfully established architectural processes, polices, procedures, or roadmaps. Reference may be made to sections within the Experience Profiles, or the Candidate may provide a detailed description of a work effort that demonstrates compliance with this criterion." The column should be deleted, as the documentation requirements are already correctly described in the Package Template.
