The submission templates for level 1 and 2 impose additional
requirements with respect to timeframe that are not specified in the
conformance requirements document.
Specifically, in the template:
PD01 requires the evidence be within the last five years.
PD02 requires the evidence be within the last three years.
PD03 requires the evidence be within the last three years.
PD04 requires the evidence be within the last three years.
CC01 requires the evidence be within the last three years.
These requirements should either be removed from the templates or
added to the conformance requirements.
