    Problem Description
    [CSC template]     		The exam supervision guidelines currently permit only a pdf version of
    the reference material be provided for Open Book exams.

    The ATTC provider when administering exams via IBT should have an option
    to provide hardcopy books or electronic, ensuring that the hardcopy
    books have not been annotated.

    Proposed wording has been circulated in the latest draft of the Exam
    Supervision Guidelines
