    Problem Summary TOGAF 9 Certification for People requires training courses to teach
    material relating to SOA that does not have the support of The Open
    Group SOA Working Group.
    Problem Description
    [CSC template]     		TOGAF 9 includes a chapter on adapting TOGAF to support SOAs. The
    inclusion of this chapter did not have the support of the SOA Working
    Group and in the January 2009 meeting of the Architecture Forum the
    director of the SOA Working Group restated those concerns. This has now
    been recoreded as an "open issue".

    Given these concerns, it is not appropriate to make this a required
    element of TOGAF 9 training.

    Proposal: Remove the Learning Outcome in section 4.1.25 and the
    associated references in the CSQ, and ensure that there are no questions
    on this material in the examination question banks.
