    Problem Summary The TOGAF Certification program is not prepared for the introduction of
    TOGAF 9.
    Problem Description
    [CSC template]     		1.Issue Description:

    At the last meeting of the Architecture Forum, it was agreed that it is
    desirable to have certification in place at the specification launch. So
    far, no work has been done on this .. this is rapidly becoming a
    critical path issue.

    Questions that must be addressed:
    1. Will the program have the same form as TOGAF 8.
    2. Will the opportunity be taken to address long term outstanding issues
    3. What is the migration strategy from TOGAF 8.

    In addition for each program, considerable work will be needed on the
    definition of revised materials, such as Product Standards. This needs
    to be linked to the finalization of the specification and the work of
    the core working group is categorizing content.

    A plan is needed to ensure that this is completed in a timely manner.

    2. Issue Impact:

    Failure to address this, could result in a delay to the launch of TOGAF
    9, or could stall the market growth of TOGAF when TOGAF 9 is launched.
