    Problem Summary The TOGAF 8 Training Product Standard omits a non-discrimination clause
    Problem Description
    [CSC template]     		There appears to be an omission in the TOGAF 8 Training Product Standard.

    It should include a commitment that providers of public training courses
    (by attendance or distance learning) agree to accept all candidates
    wishing to attend such a course on a non-discriminatory basis.

    The following additional text is proposed as a final bullet in the
    CONFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS section:

    * Commit to The Open Group that:

    If they provide courses to the public they will do so on a
    non-discriminatory basis.

    Review Conclusion The following resolution was passed by the voting members
    of the Architecture forum (ogarchpg) :

    Part 1:

    The principle that organizations with a certified TOGAF Training course
    should commit to act in a non-discriminatory manner is agreed and the
    issue raised in the problem report should be addressed in the Product
    Standard with immediate effect.


    Part 2:

    Proposed text to add to the TOGAF 8 TRAINING Product Standard in the
    CONFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS section:

    non-discriminatory basis.
