Problem Summary	TOGAF 8 Training indicators of compliance should address remote learning
Problem Description [CSC template]	At the moment the INDICATORS OF COMPLIANCE talk to the case of training delivered by a live instructor but not to remote learning. This appears to be an omission. The following is a proposed third bullet for the INDICATORS OF COMPLIANCE section of the TOGAF 8 TRAINING Product Standard: In the case of training delivered remotely (e-learning), that is to be used as a basis for training candidates to the TOGAF 8 CERTIFIED Product Standard, a commitment that a TOGAF 8 CERTIFIED instructor will assess the training candidate, and the name of that instructor be declared with the registration of the individual for the TOGAF CERTIFIED Product Standard.
