    Review Response This problem will have been caused by a build failure for the
    XPG4.os/wstreamio/putwc testset. Apparently the function version of the
    testset has been built and installed and the build then failed when
    trying to compile or install the macro version of the testset. The
    cause of the failure can be found either in the TET build journal or in
    the file tset/XPG4.os/wstreamio/putwc/vmake.INSTALL.

    The cause of the build failure could be an implementation fault or a
    test suite fault. If it turns out to be a test suite fault then a patch
    should be issued since the fault is not suitable for a TSD.
