    Problem Summary The header <arpa/inet.h> contains two visible symbols that should be protected by an appropriate

    Feature Test Macro.
    Problem Text When a program #includes <arpa/inet.h> then the symbols DECLARE_CONSTRAINED_PTR_TYPES

    and sockaddr_header are visible to the program. This causes four tests to fail with the identical
    failure:
