    Problem Summary sizeof(CLOCKS_PER_SEC) is not the same as sizeof(clock_t)
    Problem Text The standard states (?7.23.1) that the symbol CLOCKS_PER_SEC defined in <time.h> "expands to
    a constant expression with type clock_t". In our implementation CLOCKS_PER_SEC is implicitly
    defined as an int, which is 4 bytes long, whereas an object of type clock_t is 8 bytes long.
