    Problem Text 1. I got a failure for vsu5.3.19 in our test env. Test variation is
    /tset/CAPI.os/genuts/dirname/T.dirname{2}?
    The test variation 2 is testing dirname() with passing a parameter
    "/usr/local//file.name//"
    Expected out is: /usr/local
    Actual result: /usr/local/

    2. Seems returning "/usr/local/" for that case is equally valid, so
    applied for a TSD.
