    Problem Text This test uses "sh -c" to execute the sleep utility in the background,
    but does not allow time for the processing performed by sh before using
    ps to obtain information about the background process. Thus there is a
    race condition and ps may see the wrong information. The test has been
    modified to add a sleep in between the "sh -c" and ps.
