    Test Description:
    A call to pthread_create(thread, attr, start_routine, arg)
    creates a new thread with the attributes specified by attr within the
    process containing the calling thread, stores the thread identifier of the
    newly created thread in the location referenced by thread, causes the newly
    created thread to execute the routine referenced by start_routine with arg
    as its sole argument, and returns 0 if successful.
