reporting EBADF when closing an already closed fd
Problem Text PIN.X.0285 was issued for UNIX 03 to allow systems to follow the future
direction that the Austin Group intend to follow in Issue 8 as per
    Defect 370:

0000370: addclose should not cause posix_spawn to fail if closing an
    already closed fd

The same situation applies to UNIX V7 and an equivalent PIN should be
    issued.
