when our "mailx" starts, it automatically opens first message, when it
reads "next" command, it will output the second message. In this unit,
our "mailx" outputs "THIS IS IN MESSAGE 2", not "THIS IS IN MESSAGE 1".
The description of "next" command of "mailx" in POSIX.2-1992 is too
simple. And the description in POSIX.2b is much clear. Because currently
we are trying to get certification for UNIX95. So we want to get a PIN
for this unit.

Synopsis: n[ext] [message]
Go to the next message that matches message.
In SUSv3 and SUSv4 this has been replaced with a much more thorough
description (from the POSIX.2b amendment).
A permanent interpretation is granted. It should be noted that
systems needing to reference this PIN when
certifying doe not match widespread existing practice and will need to
change if they wish to conform to SUSv3 or SUSv4.
