    Problem Text Failure is reported when the value of the first available file
    descriptor changes during a test run. The inherent assumption that any
    file descriptor activity must be indicative of a failure to have closed
    the user/group database does not appear to be warranted; testing
    indicates that the file descriptor in the failure instances is not
    related to the user/group database file.

    A call to void endgrent(void) shall close the group database opened by
    a prior call to getgrent().
