    Problem Summary on fast x86 systems, CAPI.os/procprim/sigaction/T.sigaction {32} fails,
    reporting SIGPOLL was not generated
    Problem Text Fails consistently on full runs; individual runs of the test case on
    the same system produces intermittent failures. Adding a 'sleep(1);'
    between lines 4098 and 4099 of
    vsx/tset/CAPI.os/procprim/sigaction/sigaction.c alleviates all failures.

    Immediately after the 'ERROR: SIGPOLL was not generated' line in the
    test output we find 'YTEST: si_code field correct', indicating that the
    signal handler has been called.

    Similar to resolved UNIX98 problem reports PR 1092 and 1309, although in
    those instances the failures occurred only on slow x86 boxes.
