Problem Summary The test suite assumes that readdir() returns an ordered list thus
making the following command fail during testing.

    POSIX.cmd/pax/pax.ex
Problem Text This test expects a specific ordering of the files written into
a pax archive when it's source is a directory, zfs is producing a
different order, causing this test failure.

The test suite assumes files to be in order after a readdir() is
conducted. There is nothing in the conformance stating this should
be done nor does it state the type of order the files should be
when returning from readdir(). File order cannot be assumed.

This is the same issue as seen in PR# 2488, 2556, 2557 and 2558 that was
    reported.
