    Problem Text The pthread_rwlock_rdlock assertion 10 test is executed even when the
    Thread Execution Scheduling option is not supported. The deadlock
    condition should be test only when the _POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING
    option is supported.
    Test Output If {_POSIX_READER_WRITER_LOCKS} is defined:
    When the calling thread already holds a write lock
    on lock and the implementation detects this, then
    pthread_rwlock_rdlock(lock) returns EDEADLK.
