Review Response The bug has been traced to the use of basename(argv[0]) at the beginning
of main(). This will be corrected in the next VSW release.

Since the bug does not cause any test failures, there is no reason to
issue a TSD. (Hence this PR should be marked "rejected" even though it
    is an accepted bug.)

    Review Resolution Rejected (REJ)
Review Conclusion There is an acknowledged bug in the test suite which will be corrected
however it is not necessary to universally mark the tests as flawed
for every implementation. This PR is thus rejected for certification
    purposes.
