    Problem Summary Testcase fails when output file is an existing FIFO, test expects output
    to be written to the FIFO. An interpretation request has been approved
    that changes the expected behaviour.
    Problem Text Interpretation request 20 has approved a change in the SUSv3 C99 command
    to be referred back to the sponsors. This interpretation allows the C99
    command to issue a diagnostic message and non-zero exit status if the
    output file is of type FIFO.

    Until the sponsors can take action, we request that a TIN be issued for
    this VSC c99 test failure.
