    Problem Summary Symbols from <signal.h> reported as illegal
    Problem Text The test incorrectly reports an illegal symbol error
    for sigval and sigevent. These are defined conditionally in
    time.h (or via inclusion of signal.h). In the specification
    for pthread.h, the following is stated:

    Inclusion of the <pthread.h> header shall make symbols defined
    in the headers <sched.h> and <time.h> visible.

    In the specification for <time.h>, the following is stated:

    Inclusion of the <time.h> header may make visible all the
    symbols from the <signal.h> header.

    We believe the test is in error and should permit visibility
    of these symbols based on the above statements from XPG6.
