    Problem Summary resource 34, time-sys 34, & utmpx 30 not allowing itimerspec to be

    Problem Text These three assertions are not allowing for the symbol itimerspec, which
    is defined in <time.h>. According to SUSv3 Headers, each of these
    headers (indirectly) make visible <time.h> so itimerspec should be
    allowed.
