Problem Text VSC 5.2.4 POSIX.upe/ex test 202 has been aligned with POSIX.1-2001 for
the position of the current line indicator on the last line moved after
a move command. The old expected behavior in POSIX 1003.2b should be
allowed for UNIX 95 and UNIX 98 implementations since the modified tests
have just switched from expecting one of the allowed behaviors to the other.
Test Output Assertion #202 (C): setting of current line after <range>move command
expected current line 3, observed current line 2
    Command failed: 'checkline ex_data_1 3'
expected current line 4, observed current line 3
