    Problem Summary This test is incorrect according to PASC interpretation 1003.2-92 #151
    Problem Text TIN.X.0063 was a reissue for UNIX98 of a UNIX95 TIN that was issued
    pending a POSIX.2 interpretation. The result of that interpretation
    (1003.2-92 #151) was that the test is incorrect.

    Therefore a TSD should be issued and TIN.X.0063 expired.
