    is to allow the other allowed behaviour for UNIX95 branding
    Problem Text Per the VSC5.2.4 release notes: POSIX.cmd/mailx #195 has been updated
    to align with SUSv3 TC1, and the new behaviour is also expected in test
    modes for older specifications. This behavior was previously allowed
    for UNIX95 and UNIX98 by interpretations PIN.X.0079 and PIN.X.0015
    respectively. The old expected behaviour is still allowed for UNIX95
    and UNIX98 compliance. The modified tests have just switched from
    expecting one of the allowed behaviours to the other one (the one that
    most implementations are expected to want to follow.)

    This request is for a PIN to allow the other behaviour in UNIX95 mode.

    Review Conclusion An error in the test has been fixed in a recent release but this error
    masks the output from the test which is anticipated when the behavour
    which wcould be subject to a PIN is encounted. For thsi reason a TSD
    is issued for the test, a PIN can also be issued in due course for the
    test output from the bug fixed test case.
