    Problem Summary PIN to allow old expected behavior for vi regarding the cursor position
    after then second "p" for VSC5.2.4 which was updated to align with
    POSIX.1-2001
    Problem Text VSC5.2.4 POSIX.upe/vi test 247 has been aligned with POSIX.1-2001 as
    regards the cursor position after the second "p". As this is also the
    historical behaviour, the test expects the same result in all test
    modes (not just POSIX01 and UNIX03). The old expected behaviour is
    still allowed for UNIX95 and UNIX98 compliance, the modified tests
    have just switched from expecting one of the allowed behaviours to
    the other one.

    We are applying for a PIN for UNIX95 mode.
