    Problem Summary header test attempts to compile, when feature group is unsupported
    Problem Text spawn.h is required only if the spawn feature is supported. But while
    the individual tests check _POSIX_SPAWN, the makefile doesn't determine
    if the feature group is supported and always calls hdrdefs.
