    Problem Summary Header test is complaining about _POSIX_IPV6 which is a legal symbol in
    SUSv3 TC1
    Problem Text According to SUSv3 TC1

    Inclusion of the <semaphore.h> header may make visible symbols defined
    in the headers <fcntl.h> and <sys/types.h>.

    and it also states

    XSI Inclusion of the <fcntl.h> header may also make visible all symbols
    from <sys/stat.h> and <unistd.h>.

    SUSv3 TC1 requires that _POSIX_IPV6 be defined in <unistd.h>.

    For UNIX98 mode:
    When _XOPEN_SOURCE is defined with the value 500 and no other
    feature test macros except _POSIX_SOURCE and
    _POSIX_C_SOURCE<=199506L are defined, no other symbols than
    those
    defined or reserved in XSH5 and XSH6 for it shall be made
    visible
    by including <semaphore.h>.
    For UNIX03 mode:
    When _XOPEN_SOURCE is defined with the value 600 and no other
    feature test macros except _POSIX_C_SOURCE<=200112L are defined,
    no other symbols than those defined or reserved by POSIX.1-
    2001/XSH6 (including the XSI option) are made visible.
    For POSIX01 mode:
    When _POSIX_C_SOURCE is defined with the value 200112L and no
    other feature test macros except _POSIX_SOURCE are defined, no
    other symbols than those defined or reserved by
    POSIX.1-2001/XSH6
    (not including the XSI option) are made visible.
