    Problem Summary Test checks for change in ctime with the -o times option
    Problem Text Test 243 uses the following pax statements:

    pax -w -r -o times -p e -x pax pax_243_file[12] pax_243_dir
    pax -w -o times -x pax -f pax_243_arc.pax pax_243_file[12]

    The "test" failures in the output come from checking for changes in
    ctime. In XCU/TC2/D6/25 [XCU ERN 8] the ctime keyword has been removed.
    The checks in the test for ctime need to be removed.
