    Problem Summary The test fails if the 3rd header in locally delivered mail is the same
    as one of the first two (e.g. they are both Received headers)
    Problem Text The failing test purpose (tp227) reads the header lines from message1, and
    assigns them to variables HEADER1 HEADER2 and HEADER3. It creates a
    mailrc file which contains the line (with values substituted appropriately):

    discard $HEADER1 $HEADER2

    The guts of the test check to see that the two headers $HEADER1 and $HEADER2
    are not displayed in the message, and then check that $HEADER3 is
    not in the list of discarded headers printed by the lone command

    discard

    This is the part of the test that fails. It does so because, in fact,

    $HEADER2 == $HEADER3 == "received"

    The test assumes that the 2nd and 3rd header values are distinct, and they
    are not.
