    Problem Text This is a known grey area in XSH5 for which there is a working
    group resolution, bwg98-006. The two tests in VSX4:

    ANSI.os/streamio/snprintf 68
    and
    ANSI.os/streamio/vsnprintf 68

    expect the "new" behaviour identified in the resolution, and report
    the failures shown above on systems which implement snprintf() and
    vsnprintf() as per the original XSH5 specification.

    A Permanent Interpretation is requested to cover these failures.

    Review Conclusion As stated by the submitter, this is the same issue as PIN.X.0226 but
    the test changed slightly when the UNIX03 changes were done and the
    output differs from that shown in PIN.X.0226. A permanent
    interpretation PIN is granted for convenience in analyzing test output.
