    The test number is actually 202. The VSC5.2.3 report writer produces
    misleading test numbers, but the correct number is output in the
    test information. Unfortunately, in the output supplied by the
    submitter the relevant line has been removed, but it would have been:

    Assertion #202 (C): setting of current line after <range>move command

    I have verified that tp202 is the 42nd test in ex_04.sh (which is
    where the report writer gets the number 42 from).

    I recommend that on publication, this PR is edited and the test ID
    field is changed to show the test number as 202, in order to avoid
    confusion when users search the PRs by test ID.
