    Problem Summary This server does not support move leaf under modifyDN. (This item was
    tracked by the dif-members as LC-0003)
    Problem Text An LDAP server has a functional omission, in that it does not support a
    modifyDN which would move a node to a new superior. The OpenGroup/DIF
    has agreed that Basic Level LDAP Certified does not require support of
    this function for non-leaf nodes. However, this server currently does
    not support this function on leaf nodes either, and instead returns
    error code 53, unwilling to perform. We believe this is a minor defect,
    and are requesting a temporary waiver. We agree to add support for this
    function to the server within a year of our receiving certification with
    the temporary waiver

    We believe that this is a minor defect, and request an interpretation
    that would permit our server to receive LDAP Certification with a
    temporary waiver.
