    Problem Summary These tests will fail on systems which do not support an ATEXIT_MAX
    limit
    Problem Text Our implementation does not support a limit on atexit().

    According to System Interfaces and Headers, Vol. 2

    For sysconf() return value:
    "If the variable corresponding to NAME is
    associated with
    functionality that is not supported by the
    system, sysconf()
    returns -1 without changing the value of ERRNO."

    In these cases, sysconf() is behaving correctly,
    the test
    assertions are not allowing for AT_EXIT_MAX to
    be unlimited.

    Test Description:
    Base Required Conformance
    A call to long int sysconf(int name) when name is _SC_ATEXIT_MAX
    shall
    return the current number of functions that can be registered
    with atexit.

    Test Information:
    TEST: sysconf(_SC_ATEXIT_MAX) return value
    ERROR: sysconf returned -1 without changing
    errno indicating the functionality is not supported.
