    Problem Summary These tests will fail on systems which do not support an ATEXIT_MAX
    limit.
    Problem Text Our implementation does not support a limit on atexit().
    According to System Interfaces and Headers, Vol. 2

    For sysconf() return value:
    "If the variable corresponding to NAME is
    associated with
    functionality that is not supported by the
    system, sysconf()
    returns -1 without changing the value of ERRNO."

    In these cases, sysconf() is behaving
    correctly,the test
    assertions are not allowing for AT_EXIT_MAX to
    be unlimited.
