    intermittent XIOError.
    Problem Text Here pls find the analysis from an engineer of Xserver group:

    Xserver will restart itself once the last client exit. The restart
    process takes some time because Xserver needs to release and realloc
    all the resources. During the period of time that Xserver restart any
    attampt to generate a connection to Xserver may fail because Xserver
    is just not ready. This is the reason why XOpenDisplay() sometimes
    fails. In the case of XtAppAddWorkProc, there are 5 test purposes:
    t001 to t005. Only one purpose runs at one time, that is the only X
    client, once it finished, Xserver restarts. So Xserver should restart
    5 times during XtAppAddWorkProc test.

    There is a period of time between the test case exit and Xserver
    re-start which makes the test case sometimes PASS and sometimes FAIL.
