    The cause of the SEGV in the above test is due to the omission of a
    prototype for the malloc system call. stdlib.h should be included in
    the test files.

    A TSD (TSD4M.00046) was already been granted for this fault against
    VSM4.1.0, the correct fix was not applied to 4.1.1 and later.
