    "there is one failure in Motif 2.1 that we should file a waiver for or
    at least flag to TOG that the reference implementation of Motif 2.1 does not
    comply with the spec. Motif 2.1 in its last fix from TOG (last december)
    changed a default value for resizePolicy in the Command widget, this is causing
    us to get NORESULT/FAIL from the widgets/XmCommand tests."
