    Problem Text

The problem is that the test suite sets the base directory to be
current working directory which is $TET_ROOT/vsm4. Thus, the test suite
searches for the file "filesbds" (which is the executable name of the
test) in the current directory. The executable, however, gets created in the
$TET_ROOT/vsm4/tset/funcs NOT in the current directory directory.

The test suite should be checking for the file "filesbds" in the
directory in which it is created NOT the current working directory.
