    Problem Text

I ask waiver for this test case based on binary backward compatibility.
Although I can fix the source code in XmInstallImage in ImageCache.c file, it
will break our customer' application program(s). The reason is simple, any
change made to pass this test case must alter the return status of

XmInstallImage for this kind of cases, if any application program(s) uses this
return status, certainly it could give them trouble or even break their code.
