    ERANGE error for ttyname_r function is optional as per CAE
    Specifications, and tetexec.cfg file provides a parameter called
    VSTH_TTYNAME_R_ERANGE to indicate if the implementation returns
    this error under appropriate conditions. VSTH User Guide does
    not list the parameter.

    This test is supposed to check for the parameter and if it is
    set to 'N' or 'n', report that this is unsupported. For our test
    run the parameter was set to 'n', but the test was executed.
    Since this is an optional feature, the user should have the
    option
    of not performing the test.
