    Problem Text

The test case failure described here is with Patch 2 applied. The
test2() (t2_f1()) blocks all signals and creates two threads (t2_t1().
One with the threadid tid1 blocks in sigwait() waiting for SIGALRM and
the other with thread id tid2 unblocks SIGALRM and blocks on T2_cv. t2_f1()
will now generate " a Process directed SIGALRM" to the same process

(kill(getpid(), SIGALRM)) and wakes up tid2. Now tid2 may exit before
the process signal is delivered, in which case t2_f1() will cancel tid1
(which is sigawit, signal is in the process being delivered), hence no threads
are eligible for signal acceptance when the signal really arrives. t2_f1()
checks the T2_sigflag2 and T2_sigflag1 and states signal was not delivered,
    hence the failure.

If thread tid2 is expecting a signal, it should block waiting for it
