    Within test case 7 and test case 9, pthread_attr_setschedparam()
    fails returning EINVAL because the priority for the policy
    is invalid on the implementation under test.

    XSH5 Page 602 for pthread_attr_setschedparam states:

    [EINVAL] The value of attribute being set is not valid.

    The test cases obtains the priority for one policy and expects the
    same priority to be valid for other policies.

    POSIX96 Section 13.2, Page 286, line 35-36:

    The priority ranges for each ploicy may or may not overlap the
    priority ranges of other policies.
