The file SRC/common/vsthlib/vsth_fs.c contains line 1473 whisc is the following:
rval = fwscanf(Vsth_fwscanf_fp, &wfmt[0], VSTH_BUFLEN, &buf[0]);
Page 309 of the XPG5 XSH shows the prototype of fwscanf() to be the following:
int fwscanf(FILE * stream, const wchar_t * format, ...) ;
The VSTH_BUFLEN is not required.

We agree with the applicant and recommend that a waiver be granted for the fwscanf() subtest of PTHR.os/all/General test 2 on the basis of a test suite deficiency.
