    The General test case 4 is verifing a number of functions as being
    threads safe and detecting failures with scalb and strfmon. All
    other
    tested functions pass.

    The scalb() problem is under investigation and will be resolved
    prior
    to formal release of the implementation under test.

    The strfmon() failure has been evaluated and a solution has been
    proposed.
    The solution to strfmon() will be integrated into the
    implementation
    under test prior to the formal release.

    Since these fixes will be integrated before formal release of the
    product, the fact that these are currently failing will have no
    effect
    on customer applications. In the meantime, we are requesting a
    minor
    system fault be granted to address these failures.
