    Assertions 5 and 6 will not pass on our implemetation
    when run with the rest of the assertions in the t_tcvdis testcase.
    When run seperately, the assertions both run correctly and our
    implementation passes. We are continuing to debug this, however
    we cannot explain this behaviour, our implementation appears to be working
    correctly. Maybe the consultants can offer advice on debugging
    this problem.

    It seems that this problem possibly relates to some residual state
    information being passed from one test to another. The problem should
    be raised as an error report and the support organisation will be
    willing to assist in the resolution of the reported problem.

    It does not seem appropriate to grant a waiver for these tests until
    further information is available as to the cause of the fault.
