    t_rcv(), assertion 5 should be marked unsupported when TCP is the
    transport provider. On Page 199 (Appendix B), Network Services, XPG4
    the following is stated:

    "* T_MORE flag and TSDUs

    The notion of TSDU is not supported by a TCP transport provider, so the
    T_MORE flag will be ignored when TCP is used. ...."

    While it is accepted that the bytes of data prior to the urgent pointer
    could be returned as ordinary data. the XTI specification states in Appendix
    B Page 113 under the description of t_look() that the T_EXDATA remains set
    until all data up to the byte pointed to by the TCP urgent pointer has been
    received. The results from the test show this not to be the case and it is
    recommended that this request be refused.

    (Note: there is a different fault which occurs with this test where the
    bytes prior to the urgent pointer where expected to be taken as expedited
    data, which is not necessarily the case for TCP. This fault should not be
    effecting the test results as shown above.)
